All of our items are printed on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns based on the product being the wrong size or color. Please use the size charts available on each product's page before placing your order.
If you accidentally placed an order for an item in the wrong size — and it hasn't already shipped out — please reply to your order confirmation email and we can make sure we ship you the right size.
So far I've been lucky enough that everyone has been happy with their purchase. Sometimes an order is shipped with problems, and I've always been able to deal with it. However, there are some limits.
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- The refund was requested over 30 days after your purchase
- Ordered the wrong size or color garment
- Changed your mind and no longer want the item
If your product arrives damaged we will replace your garment right away at our cost. Please reply to your order confirmation email with a brief description of the problem and attach a photo of the damage. Here are some examples of items that can be replaced:
- We shipped the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged or stained
- For apparel, if it fell apart in the wash
- The print started fading after the first couple washes
